Dryness can make the transformer less prone to short-circuit faults during use, greatly reducing the occurrence of common faults and short-circuit faults. So how to dry the transformer? The editor of Anhui Dali Power will come to tell you about it.
Transformer dry method:
1. Transformer vacuum drying equipment method.
The dry method is to use gas as a heat-carrying material, and under atmospheric pressure, gradually heat the body or winding of the transformer to about 105 °C, and the vacuum packaging solution has just begun. However, because the heat convection is relatively slow, the internal and external heating is uneven (internal cooling and external heating), and the transformer with high working voltage and large space has a thick cable sheath, usually heating for about 100 minutes, the production cycle time is very long, and It is not completely dry, and there is no way to consider the requirements of the transformer on the insulation layer. But the equipment is simple and the actual operation is simple.
2. Electromagnetic induction heating method.
This kind of method is to put the body of the device into the fuel tank of the car, pass the DC current through the outer winding resistance electromagnetic coil, and use the heat of the eddy current loss in the wall of the car fuel tank to dry it. At this time, the temperature of the box wall should not exceed 115~120℃, and the temperature of the body should not exceed 90~95℃. In order to make it convenient to coil the electromagnetic coil, people try to make the number of turns of the electromagnetic coil less or the amount of current smaller. Generally, the amount of current is 150A, and the transmission line can be effective for a transmission line of 35~50mm2. The inner wall of the fuel tank of the car can be filled with asbestos strips, and the transmission line is wound on the asbestos strips.
3. Liquid phase vacuum drying equipment method.
This type of drying method uses a unique gasoline vapor as a heat carrier, and the gasoline vapor introduced into a vacuum tank is cooled on the transformer and releases a lot of energy, and then heats the body to be dried. . Because the energy of gasoline vapor is large, the drying and heating of the transformer body is more complete, more symmetrical, and the efficiency is high, and the damage to the insulating layer material is not large. However, due to the complicated structure and high engineering cost, at this stage, it is only limited to the use of large and medium-sized transformers of 110kV and around to solve the problem of dryness.
4. Hot air drying method.
This method is to put the body in a dry room and let it dry with hot air. The temperature of the inlet hot air should be raised slowly, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 95°C. A filter device should be installed at the inlet of the hot air to prevent sparks and dust from entering. The hot air does not have to be blown to the body immediately, but should be blown evenly from the bottom of the body to every direction, so that the moisture can be released from the vents of the cover.
