[Electronic Transformer] What to do when a lead accident occurs in a transformer

This should be done in the event of a lead accident in an electronic transformer. Anhui Dali Xiaobian will briefly explain how to prevent it.

Prevention of lead accidents in electronic transformers:

(1) During maintenance, check whether the wires, pressure equalizing rings (balls), wooden brackets, bakelite screws, etc. are in good condition. Deformed, damaged or loose.

(2) The exposed wires arranged horizontally under the coil should be covered with an insulating layer to prevent short circuit due to contact with metal foreign objects.

(3) The cable lead of the transformer bushing should be wrapped with insulating white cloth to prevent the exposed lead from colliding with the conduit of the bushing and being burned by the shunt.
